Yesterday, 18 June, a de Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter 100 (N656WA) operated by Wiggins Airways crashed at Hyannis-Barnstable Airport, MA (HYA) shortly after takeoff. Flight 6601, a cargo flight, was carrying UPS and Federal Express packages. The pilot was killed in this accident.
Maybe he just suffered an inflight stroke.
