He is lucky he does not have to pay taxes !!! well middle east is tax free land that is why you will see plenty of western working here cause no tax means more saving !!!! so its not just the rich who is getting richer !!! an average person is making it as well !!! cheer up and think boyond the circle of "hatred" peace ... love for all - hatred for none fellas, it is not about having or not having, whoever is rich, no matter where in the world or religion, he/she will show off !!! you think they don’t know what goes around them? oh they do !!! but with money never to end, they are bound to do something !!!
